Competition Terms & Conditions
General terms for APG Painting Group competitions
1. Eligibility
Competitions are open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, unless otherwise stated. Employees and immediate family members of APG Painting Group PTY LTD and associated companies are not eligible to enter. Specific eligibility requirements will be stated in individual competition terms.
2. Entry Method
Entry methods will be specified for each competition and may include online forms, social media engagement, or other means. Entries must be received during the specified competition period. Multiple entries may be permitted depending on the specific competition terms. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
3. Prize Details
Prize details, values, and any conditions will be specified in individual competition announcements. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash unless stated otherwise. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
4. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected according to the method specified in each competition (random draw, judging, etc.). Winner selection will occur at the time and place specified. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided with their entry within a reasonable timeframe after selection.
5. Winner Notification and Claiming Prizes
Winners will be notified by email, phone, or social media as appropriate. Winners must respond within the specified timeframe to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes may be re-awarded at the promoter's discretion. Winners may be required to provide identification and sign prize acceptance documentation.
6. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for competition administration and prize fulfillment. By entering, participants consent to their information being used for these purposes. 7. Publicity
By entering, participants consent to the promoter using their name, image, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners may be announced on our website and social media channels.
8. Liability
The promoter is not liable for lost, late, misdirected entries, or technical failures. The promoter is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Participants indemnify the promoter against claims arising from their participation.
9. General Conditions
The promoter reserves the right to verify entrant eligibility and disqualify entries for non-compliance. The promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify competitions if circumstances beyond their reasonable control affect proper conduct. Decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
